The Muskellunge, more commonly known as Muskie, are widespread across northern North America and into the Southeast along the Cumberland Plateau. Though Muskies have been widely stocked in the Tennessee and Cumberland river drainages, they are likely native in some river systems in these drainages. These popular sport fish are top predators and reach lengths up to six feet.
