About This Fish

The Yellow Perch is widespread across North America from the Mobile Basin to Arctic Drainages. They have been introduced widely beyond their native range, and they live in a variety of freshwater habitats. As the common name suggests, Yellow Perches have yellow coloration with dark bars along their side.
